Jeff Janoska

jeff3A track brat, Jeff has been involved in racing since 1973. After spending his childhood in T&S pavilions throughout CENDIV and his early adulthood at flag stations throughout the country, Jeff began his career as a racing driver in 2006.

Racing History

In 2006, his initial foray into competitive driving was in an Improved Touring  “C” (ITC) 1985 Honda CRX, affectionately known as ‘The Smurf” due to its blue color.  Jeff’s rookie year was one of getting use to the car and learning race craft. The culmination of that initial season was when Casa de Amigos Racing dominatedthe ITC field and took the class win in the gruelling 13 Hour Charge of the Headlight Brigade at Virginia International Raceway.

In 2007, Jeff put his experience to work on his way to placing third in the 2007 MARRS ITC championship.

In 2008, Jeff stepped up a class to ITB in 1985 Honda CRX Si. Much of the season was spent sorting out the “new” used car. Throughout the season, Jeff and the car got progressively faster and in the last season of the race, the pair nearly set the fastest ITB race lap.
